As I'm sure you can imagine, COVID-19 is going to make things a bit different this year. Even now postal services are overwhelmed and I expect it to get even busier towards Nov/Dec. I would advise you to order as soon as possible as there will most likely be delays, especially if you are outside the UK. Please know that such delays are completely out of my control and I'm just one person running this shop doing the best I can given the situation. Thanks in advance for your patience and understanding! 💖💖💖
Here are my last recommended posting dates going off what Royal Mail have said, feedback from customers said and my processing times. Please note these are subject to change and delays;
UK: 16th December. This will be send 1st class.
International - 12th November (I know this seems a bit earlier than usual but some of my customers have waited 4 weeks for my orders, it may still arrive if you order early Dec but please bear the delays in mind.)
PET PORTRAITS (These have earlier dates to allow me to complete the painting.)
UK: 9th December
International: 5th November.
For now all international delivery will remain as tracked only, but that gives us both some peace of mind.
You can refer to the official Royal Mail list, but note that the dates vary quite a bit from mine: https://www.royalmail.com/christmas/last-posting-dates#lastpostingdates
I'll aim to close my shop on the 16th and reopen sometime after Christmas.
This seemed a lot longer and gloomier than my usual xmas info, but it's a weird one this year! Thanks for reading and supporting my small business. :) 💖💖💖
